BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance, the Korean subsidiary of BNP Paribas Cardif, the insurance arm of BNP Paribas, announced today that it has renovated the company’s website (www.cardif.co.kr), and is launching an online event to strengthen customer communications.
Most notably, BNP Paribas Cardif LifeInsurance has restructured the main page of its website optimising the level of convenience for customers. Based on the analysis of visitors’ usage pattern, BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance has enhanced the design of the most frequently-visited cyber window, making it more noticeable from the main page. The newly renovated website now allows customers to locate menus more conveniently, find their contracts and change their funds more efficiently. In addition, the main page now provides product information by category, allowing customers to more easily learn about BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance’s innovative and advanced products anywhere with internet access.
Along with the website renovation, BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance will launch an online event from March 4 to April 4 offering prizes to a total of 2,014 website visitors.
The first 1,010 subscribers who sign up for the website membership, as well as 900 others who log on to the website during the event period, will receive gift cards they can exchange for coffee. Among subscribers who log on to the website more than 15 times, 50 of them will receive dining gift cards worth KRW 20,000. In addition, 50 customers, who newly join the website as members through an existing member as reference, will receive movie tickets. And four existing members, who introduce the website to the highest number of their friends, will be given department store gift certificates worth KRW 500,000.
