BNP Paribas announced the appointment of Philippe Noirot as the Head of Country for South Korea and CEO of BNP Paribas S.A., Seoul branch, effective 1 July 2015.* He will succeed Joris Dierckx who will move to a new position within the Group.
Philippe will be responsible for managing the bank’s overall activities in Korea. He will report to Eric Raynaud, CEO of BNP Paribas Asia Pacific.

He will play a significant role to further support the needs of our Korean and international clients.”
Philippe is currently Head of Corporate Deposits & Liquidity, Asia Pacific and Head of Business Development, Asia Pacific based in Singapore. He joined BNP Paribas Fortis in 2005 in Belgium as Head of Business Development and Marketing for its Merchant Banking Division. In 2011, he moved to Singapore as Head of Business Development for BNP Paribas Corporate Coverage Asia Pacific until 2013.
Philippe holds a civil engineering degree from Université de Liège, Belgium and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business.
