BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance launches new digital platform for customer convenience

BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance, the Korean subsidiary of BNP Paribas Cardif, the insurance arm of BNP Paribas, announced the launch of the state-of-the-art customer service platform including mobile applications and revamp of its corporate website.

In order to strengthen customer convenience, BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance has launched 2 mobile applications ‘MY CARDIF’ for subscribers and ‘B-Tok’ for sellers to enhance convenience of after-sales management.


With these 2 mobile applications, BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance has come forward to establish a firm ground in follow-up management for variable life insurance products the company has mainly focused on by providing the information about the profit and history of individual fund, timely market forecast and top-ranked fund, suggesting customized fund portfolio based on one’s risk appetite, and the function of fund switching.

By adopting a responsive web design for its corporate website, the size of web page is automatically adjusted to different types of display from PC to mobile. BNP Paribas Cardif Life Insurance has enabled information and services provided on its PC version of website now available on mobile as well.

With this new corporate website, subscribers are able to access expanded online service such as payment service for maturity, policy loan, maturity top-up, online certification issuance service, and simple withdrawal below KRW 5 million a month without the security card in a simpler way by adopting non-Active X based log-in system.

To celebrate the launch of ‘MY CARDIF’ mobile application, a giveaway event will be held from today until 30 November. First 700 subscribers who download and log-in to the application will be given a shopping voucher worth KRW 5,000 while the 1st prize winner will receive a travel voucher worth KRW 1.5 million thru the raffle. Additionally, an ‘online house-warming’ themed event celebrating the revamp of digital platform will be followed.
