- Support “end to end” client’s experience process from onboarding to credit approval, legal agreement execution with bank’s policies and regulatory requirement;
- High level of analytical skills enabling to construct a broad point of view and market convictions to lead client dialogue;
- Structure and animate co-operation in APAC under global relationship strategy (action plans, pitches, joint meetings with clients and prospects, information sharing, roadshows, etc);
- Coordinate origination and execution capabilities across BNP Paribas business lines ( Cash management, Supply chain, Trade finance, Global market, Debt capital market, M&A etc )
- Champion and support the implementation / consolidation of the Account Management structure, driving best practice;
- Develop key strategic partnership with global team, Pilots for their clients, actively contributing to development of the relationship including through preparation and implementation of Client Action Plans (CAP);
- Act as the Korea expert / reference point for the client’s regional/local and head office teams;
- Generate new business ideas in order to originate transactions and grow revenues;
- Ensure the correct ongoing maintenance of transactions / files which have been allocated or for which they are responsible, including with risk departments;
- Contribute to the development of MNC franchise and share best practices as well as communicate on inputs received from clients, competitors on new products & pricing and initiate new ideas related to the identification of a client’s need;
- Ensure that all regulatory and commercial training is completed on time and refreshed as required;
- Act as a role model with good citizen behaviour, embody and practice the Group values (alignment with the Bank’s strategy, work ethics, integrity, Code of Conduct);
- Responsible for adherence to the Bank’s corporate policies, to its internal Compliance regulations as well as to appropriate external Regulators;
- Be an ambassador of the Bank within corporate community (i.e. events, embassies, chamber of commerce, commercial delegation);

- Less than 10 years Professional experience in banks, other financial institutions or corporate, consulting companies;
- Experience in managing relationships with corporate clients (including the key account management model);
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Ability to represent the bank through speeches, participation in official events;
- Track record of delivering on sales budgets and revenue growth;
- Have sufficient gravitas to lead key client meetings;
- Knowledge of corporate risk analysis and management;
- Good knowledge of credit products (including structured solutions);
- Good knowledge of transactional banking products and market risk management;
- Developed sales and negotiation skills;
- Business maturity;
- High competence in establishing new business relationships and acquiring customers and transactions, communication skills, creativity in working with clients and employees of the bank and BNP Paribas group around the world;
- Ability to operate with high degree of autonomy;
