What is this position about?
- Global Markets Corporate Sales, Seoul Branch
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?
- Arrive work before market hours, prepare morning market summary and share with clients.
- During market hours, engage in client transactions, provide market updates and thoughts, and assist other team members’ request
- After market hours, wrap up the day’s transactions according to internal protocols. Follow up with any unfinished requests from clients and/or other team members. Otherwise, participate in client meetings and meals solely or with other senior member of the team
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Conducting sales calls and responsible for executing FX transaction for local Corporate and MNCs via voices and e-platforms
- Providing support and following financial markets and understanding what is occurring and be able to relate them to FX movements
- Assisting customers with FX inquiries and turning customer interactions into sales opportunities
- Demonstrating e-platform and discussing the FX market with prospective clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Attending and actively participating in internal and client meetings to seek business opportunities
- Actively taking an interest in learning about new products and approaches to selling them
- Understanding the compliance and regulatory guidelines for onboarding client
- Providing and collects GI documentation in timely manner
Other contributions
- Engage internal functions such as Compliance, Credit Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure smooth execution of business and implementation of new products
- Attend necessary trainings to remain up to date on regulatory environment
- Watch out for potential fraud or market abuse
What is required for you to succeed?
- Global Markets Products expertise, especially Derivatives, with proven track record to close strategic deals
- Strong Client Relationship
- High Ethical Standards
- Team Spirit and Management skills
- Innovative
Required education/certification/licenses
- Certified Derivatives Investment Advisor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
