What is this position about?
This position provides administrative supports to Equity Sales Team, Institutional Sales Team and CEO of BNPP Securities Korea as an Admin Assistant. This position is for 6 months Fixed Term Contract only. 
What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 
For staffs in Equity Sales Team, Institutional Sales Team and CEO of BNPP Securities Korea, this position involves T&E expense processing, logistics management, visitor management and scheduling management. 
Primary Role Responsibilities
  • For staffs in Equity Sales Team, Institutional Sales Team and CEO of BNPP Securities Korea, this position involves T&E expense processing, logistics management, visitor management and scheduling management.
Other contributions
  • Communication with stakeholders including COO office and Finance for internal control (especially with regards to legitimate expenses and approval process)

Required education/certification/licenses
  • Graduate from a 4yr University
  • No license required
Experience Level
