Primary Role Responsibilities

•    Assist HR team members and support overall HR functions

•    Update and prepare HR data as per local/ regional requests

•    Update internal HR data e.g. HR system, Organization chart, HR local/regional reports, Headcount reports, Staff cost data on a monthly basis etc.

•    Support staff recruitment process by arranging interviews and documentation process by referring to the checklist.

•    To process invoicing and payment process 

•    To update and deliver staff list to internal and external parties upon request 

•    Support Year End Tax Settlement by collecting documents from employees and validating the required documents

•    Manage staff leave compliance and leave balance in leave system.

•    To issue and review employment certificates and confirm business cards for staff 

•    Assist in arranging training programs in coordination with training vendors and to update training records in the template

Other contributions

•    Good PC skill

•    Good level of English and Korean, both oral and written

•    Able to work under pressure, team player, motivated
